Terms & Conditions

1. Canvas has been painted around the edge so no need for a frame.
2. Payment for orders can be by electronic transfer, paypal (www.paypal.com) which accepts credit and debit card payments, or cheque in British Pounds Sterling.
3. For orders over £30, 50% payment must be received before posting the order. Remaining 50% payment must be received within 14 days from the date on final invoice.
4. All paintings on website are examples of artwork that I have painted. They may have already been sold or are hanging up in the Southern Cross Café/ Cameo Bar or a current exhibition. All the paintings can be recreated and tailored to suit your taste - making your painting both original and unique.
5. Orders for five or more paintings will be at a discounted rate (variable depending on order/size etc).
6. Paintings/gift card orders worth £30 or less will be posted recorded delivery with Royal Mail (1-2 days), paintings worth more will be delivered with Parcel force (3-5 days). Special delivery requirements can be arranged.
7.Postage & packaging delivery costs: £2.50 for orders worth £29 or less, £5 for orders worth £30 - £59, £10 for orders worth £60 - £149, £150+ variable .
